Orders shipped to the USA over $200 may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon their arrival to you. Unfortunately, these fees cannot be pre-determined by Lockstep Apparel and are at the sole discretion of the destination country. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in the US, please check with your local customs office for more information. Your order total will NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Lockstep Apparel and the customs fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 4 business days for this refund. Please note that your order may be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Some customs offices may also send a separate invoice for these customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with these customs laws before placing your order.
Unfortunately, Lockstep Apparel is unable to ship to locations outside of Canada and the United States at this time. If you are an international buyer wishing to send a package to a Canadian or US address, please use PayPal as your method of payment. Any packages found to be shipping to an international forwarding company may be canceled due to security measures and shipping restrictions of some of our brands.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the availability section of your product's description page. See the AVAILABILITY section below for more details. Shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability. If there are problems verifying your order, Lockstep Apparel will contact you via email to request additional information for credit verification or shipping information. While we do make every effort to ensure that our inventory is accurate, sometimes errors do occur. If such an error has occurred with your order, Lockstep Apparel will contact you via email to notify you of this matter and offer you possible alternative solutions.
In the rare event that you're not fully satisfied with your order, Lockstep Apparel would be happy to refund you fully for your order.

Return for Refund:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, we want the chance to make it right. We are happy to accept returns within 90 days from the date of your purchase. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new condition (ie: unworn and tags are still attached).
If we sent you an item with a defect we want the chance to send you a replacement that you will love. If we determine that you qualify for an exchange, you are welcome to keep the item you are exchanging.
Exchanges are always welcome. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we’re happy to assist with an exchange within 90 days of purchase if you receive something and they aren’t quite what you were hoping for!
If you received one of our products as a gift but are unhappy with them for any reason, we offer the option to exchange them for something you'll love even more. We just ask that if you receive a gifted pair of socks that you’re not completely satisfied with that you get in contact and ship the items back to us within 90 days of receiving the item as a gift.
Past the 90 Day return window:
We totally understand that life gets busy. Please do not hesitate to contact us using our return form. We will not be able to give a refund for your order but there still may be something we can do.
